ATJD Architecture & Planning, PC has been in existing since 2004.  We are a large Commercial architectural firm dedicated to helping Building Owners and Managers keep on top of their buildings' Interior and Exterior requirements. 

All buildings require maintenance and support from professional staff, at ATJD we pride ourselves on aiding Property Management and Facility Management to keep track of the architectural and infrastructure details necessary to keep a building functioning smoothly.  At ATJD, we assist the building staff in preparing required Department of Buildings documents and also help them keep track of necessary City and State building maintenance deadlines so Management can concentrate on other duties.
